The campus chapter of Doctors Without Borders supports the international charity of the same name, which provides medical humanitarian assistance to needy people around the globe. The club hosts a number of events throughout the year, including Mapathons, which highlight lesser-known medically under-served regions.

Its biggest on-campus event, however, has become ACPHS Got Talent, which was held for the second year on March 18, 2023.  Eleven student acts performed, as well as Associate Professor Timothy LaRocca's heavy-metal band Wavecrusher. The club raised $260 for the international charity, which sometimes goes by the acronym MSF for its French name, Medecins Sans Frontieres.

Club President Melanie Vugelman, a microbiology major who plans to attend medical school, said she does not expect her involvement with the charity to end with college. "I definitely do want to go on a mission at least once in my life," she said.
