Title IX states: No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.
Title IX applies to all members of the College community including faculty, staff, and students. It prohibits all forms of sex or gender-based discrimination in any education program or activity that receives federal funding and applies to all educational programs and activities occurring on and off-campus. ACPHS has designated Title IX Coordinator Kimberly Keyes, to coordinate the College’s efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX.
