Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences announces the appointment of Wendy Diefendorf Ed.D. to the role of director of admissions.
Diefendorf brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education and K-12 educational institutions to her new role. At ACPHS, she will lead the College’s admissions team in expanding our recruitment, retention, and enrollment efforts.
Prior to joining ACPHS, Diefendorf served as the director of enrollment management at the Academy of The Holy Names. She has also worked in admissions management capacities at Russell Sage College and Cambridge College. In addition to her higher education experience, she holds NY State Department of Education certification in Business and Marketing and has taught at Albany High School, the Albany Leadership Charter High School for Girls, and Russell Sage College.
Diefendorf holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Russell Sage College, a master’s in Organizational Management from Cambridge College, a master’s in Education from Cambridge College, and a bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Skidmore College.
