Discovery for Life Campaign was a Success

Nearly 80 guests gathered at the Schuyler Meadows Country Club to celebrate the successful conclusion of our Discovery For Life fundraising campaign which exceeded its goal and achieved multiple firsts. Attendees included alumni, donors, board members, faculty, staff, Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan, NYS Senator Neil Breslin, and NYS Assemblymembers John T. McDonald III ’85 and Patricia Fahy.

Guests watched this video that illustrates how the Discovery for Life Campaign, which raised $14.4 million, enables the college to stay at the forefront of innovation by supporting Bridges to Industry, Scholarships, and the Student Experience.

During the event, Dr. Dewey’s presidential portrait was unveiled, and he received a proclamation from Assemblymember McDonald ’85 acknowledging his service to the college.
