May 12, 2023

Twenty-three students from both the Albany and Vermont campus were recognized for their academic, professional, and extracurricular achievements. Most of the awards were given at the annual Student Recognition and Awards dinners held on May 10 and 11. At the May 10 event in Vermont, a surprise faculty award was given to Sandra Rosa, a faculty advisor in the department of experiential education.

Rosa was voted Faculty Advisor of the Year by the ten students in the final Vermont class for embodying the core advising values of ACPHS through accountability, integrity, diversity, and responsibility. “Ms. Rosa was a consistent presence for us and ensures we had all the tools to succeed despite the school closing,” said Jason Fine, who received a doctorate in pharmacy.
