ACPHS Welcomes Future Panthers

April 7, 2023

Accepted students and their families received warm welcomes as they entered the Gozzo Student Center on the ACPHS campus during Accepted Students Days on March 18 and April 1.

The fun-filled and informative events for future Panthers began with tours of the campus, followed by a welcome address from President Toyin Tofade. Students and families were quizzed on their knowledge of ACPHS and learned about what makes the campus community and academic programs so unique. (A few examples: ACPHS is the No. 1 college in New York for return on investment. And it's a close-knit community with a 7:1 student-to-faculty ratio.)

Families met faculty and academic program directors and got the inside scoop on majors, minors, academics and student success. A luncheon was catered by the College’s dining service, featuring empanadas, sushi, and salads, sandwiches and more – highlighting the variety of food students regularly enjoy on the ACPHS campus.

The afternoon featured academic sessions, giving students the opportunity to explore specific programs of interest and meet their faculty. While other students and their families learned about student life – including clubs, athletics and opportunities for internships, as well as financial aid options.

The next Accepted Students Day will be held on campus on April 22.
