Title IX Overview

Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 prohibits any person in the United States from being discriminated against on the basis of sex in seeking access to any educational program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.

Title IX applies to all members of the College community, including faculty, staff, and students. It prohibits all forms of sex discrimination, which includes sexual misconduct and sexual violence in any education program or activity that receives federal funding and applies to all educational programs and activities occurring on and off-campus.

Make a Report or Share a Concern

Please use this secure form to report an incident(s) of sexual misconduct or share a concern about the same. Please note that while this form is used to share concerns about other types of behavior, concerns about sexual misconduct are routed to the Title IX Coordinator.

Title IX Training

ACPHS is required to post training materials for staff who address Title IX matters pursuant to the Title IX Final Rules that went into effect August 14, 2020. For purposes of compliance with Section 106.45, training documents were provided to staff.
