Ordering Transcripts Online

Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to process transcript requests. Follow these steps to order a transcript online using a major credit card:

• Click to access the National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Center
• The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees ($5 fee per copy).
• Official Electronic transcript now available through the secure site ($6 fee per copy).
• To ensure confidentiality and to comply with federal regulations, you must complete the consent to release form and return it to NSC before orders are processed and credit cards are charged.
• Order updates will be e-mailed to you from the Clearinghouse. You may also track your order through the Clearinghouse website.

Fall 2026

Classes begin: Monday, August 24th

Add/drop: Monday, August 24^th-Friday, August 28^th (*Students may still drop a course through Friday, September 4^th)

Final Exams Schedule Release: Friday, September 25^th

Spring Schedule Release: Friday, October 16^th

Spring Registration begins: Monday, November 2nd

Last day to withdraw from a class with a “W”: Friday, October 30th (After 10 weeks)

Midterm Grades due: Monday, October 19^th

Last Day of Classes: Friday, December 4^th

Final Exams: Monday, December 7^th– Friday, December 11^th

Final Grades due: Monday, December 14^th
