David Meredith PhD, Joins Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences
Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences announces that David Meredith, PhD, has joined the College as Interim Vice President for Enrollment Management.
He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in higher education, primarily in enrollment management and admissions.
In this role, serving as a key member of the President’s Cabinet, Meredith will lead the Office of Enrollment Management, providing strategic direction for all aspects of the College’s admissions and recruitment efforts, as well as registrar and financial aid operations.
“David’s broad knowledge of the higher education landscape will play an integral role in supporting ACPHS as we work to advance enrollment across our academic program portfolio,” said ACPHS President Toyin Tofade MS, PharmD, BCPS, CPCC, FFIP. “His depth of experience over the past 30-plus years in this area across multiple institutions, will be invaluable and help further guide us on our mission as we execute our new strategic plan.”
Meredith most recently served as Vice President of Enrollment Management at the University of Toledo and has worked for institutions across the country such as Union College in Kentucky, University of North Carolina at Chapell Hill, University of New Orleans in Louisiana, and University of Cincinnati in Ohio.
He has also shared his vast expertise on a consultant basis for a large number of schools from Pennsylvania to California. In addition, he has served as an adjunct professor for disciplines including English and History.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Cincinnati, a Master’s in American History from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education from Wilmington College.
