Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS) ushered approximately 106 students along their academic journeys to become pharmacists at the September 27 White Coat Ceremony -- an increase of just over 40 percent from last year’s pharmacy class.

On Friday, September 27, Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS) will recognize its newest pharmacy students at its time-honored annual tradition, the White Coat Ceremony. During the ceremony, Doctor of Pharmacy students will be presented with their white coats by faculty and take their oath to the field. It is a symbolic transition in their journeys to become pharmacists.

Potential Panthers visited, and so did state health officials. Current students were here, too, taking the opportunity to delve into research or add an experience to their resumes.
