Dr. Melissa L. Bondy will serve as our virtual 2024 Research Symposium Keynote Speaker. Dr. Bondy is the inaugural chair of the Department of Epidemiology and Population Health at Stanford School of Medicine and the associate director for population sciences at the Stanford Cancer Institute. Her research is focused on genetic and molecular epidemiology, focusing on the roles of heredity and genetic susceptibility in the etiology of cancer and outcomes.

Her presentation, “Gliomas and Familial Risk – The Gliogene Study” begins at 11 am.
