Gozzo Student Center Poster Policy

The Office of Student Engagement and Wellness approves all flyers and advertisements posted in the Gozzo Student Center. ACPHS students, faculty, and staff members may bring up to 3 flyers to the Office of Student Engagement and Wellness, located in SC 207, to receive the approval stamp on their materials. Only three posters will be approved per event to hang in the Gozzo Student Center.

All signs and flyers must have the name of the person or group posting the sign or flyer, as well as the date of posting. The sign or flyer also must include the date of event.

After receiving approval, flyers can be hung:

  • The bulletin board located by the vending machines on the first floor
  • The bulletin board located outside of SC 201

Flyers cannot be hung:

  • Painted walls
  • Glass windows
  • Covering AED/fire emergency signs

If a flyer is on a painted surface, it will be taken down and subject to a $25 fine if there is any damage to the surface.

Flyers cannot be left out on surfaces, including the Panther’s Den bar, booths, or side tables. Any flyers left out will be thrown away.

Any materials posted in the Gozzo Student without the OSEW approval stamp will be removed.

If you would like to post flyers in an ACPHS residence hall, you must receive approval from the Office of Residence Life.
