Student Parking Information
Parking permits at ACPHS are assigned based on student housing and academic status:
- Holland/Princeton Suites residents are assigned to their respective building lots.
- South Hall residents are assigned to the South Hall lot or the Bioscience Research Building (BRB) lot.
- Albany commuter students may park in the rear Student Center lot.
- Pharmacy rotation students can request a temporary permit for the Holland/Princeton lot.
- University Heights College Suites (UHCS) residents are not eligible for ACPHS parking permits and must coordinate parking directly with UHCS management.
Students must apply for parking permits online and submit confirmation and payment by August 1. Permits are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. First-year students are eligible to apply.
Permit Costs (2025–2026 Academic Year)
Commuter Parking Permit: $280
Resident Parking Permit: $360

How to Apply for a Parking Permit
- Go to student forms
- Enter your ACPHS email address and click “submit.”
- On the ACPHS Student Forms and Links page, scroll down to Student Parking Permit and click the link.
- On the Parking Form:
- Select the current semester (i.e., FALL 2025) from the dropdown list.
- Indicate your Permit Type and the vehicle you are registering.
- Check each acknowledgment box.
- Once all boxes are checked, the FINISH button will turn green—click it.
- When complete, you will be redirected to a Thank You page.
Visitor Parking Information
Guests of College Employees
Visitors should obtain a parking permit from the employee who invited them to campus.
Employees can request a visitor parking pass by emailing Admin_operations@acphs.edu and including:
- Date of visit
- Visitor’s name
- Destination on campus (room, office, etc.)
Most visitors will be assigned to park in the O’Brien Visitor Parking Lot.
Guests of Resident Students
Resident students should contact their Resident Director to request a visitor parking permit.
