About the Magazine
“Breakthroughs & Advances” is intended for a broad swath of ACPHS stakeholders, including alumni, students and their families, faculty and staff, and community members.
We consider the first part of our name – “breakthroughs” – to be meaningful in several ways. It refers to:
- The goal in our research laboratories
- “Aha” moments inspired by our talented faculty in our classrooms
- Authentic experiences that advance our mission
- Ways to leverage our longstanding reputation as a pharmacy and health sciences educator to meet the needs of future students
