We’re excited to have you join our close-knit community. Orientation is your first step in connecting with campus life—academically, socially and professionally. Through events and activities, you’ll meet new people, get familiar with campus and start your journey as a future leader in health.

Fall 2026 Orientation Program for New First-Year and Undergraduate Transfer Students
Get ready for four exciting days designed to jump-start your ACPHS experience! Our new student orientation program is required for all incoming first-year and undergraduate transfer students. Fall Orientation helps new first-year and transfer students build connections, get set for academic success and explore the many resources and opportunities on campus—all while having fun. Each day focuses on a key theme to help you feel at home and ready to thrive.

ACPHS Parent and Supporter Orientation
Our ACPHS Parent and Supporter Orientation offers new ACPHS parents and supporters the opportunity to connect with the offices and resources that will be supporting your student throughout their ACPHS journey.
Once you get your students settled in, enjoy some delicious global fare at The Great Big Family Bite from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm, then a warm welcome from Interim President, Dr. Matthew Shaftel at 2 pm, followed by an informative 'ACPHS Family Members' Parent Information Panel at 2:30, and finally, wind down the day at our parent's reception at 3:30 pm before saying farewell to your students at 4 pm. All locations are posted in the orientation schedule.
Fall 2026 Orientation Transition Program for ACPHS P1 & Graduate Students
Our Transition to ACPHS program is designed specifically for new P1 students and graduate students. You’ll connect with classmates, get ready for academic success and explore the key resources available to support you throughout your journey at ACPHS.
Incoming P1 students
Orientation: Monday, August 17 through Friday, August 21
Returning early assurance students coming into P1
Orientation: Wednesday, August 19 (evening) through Friday, August 21
You're also invited to join many of the fun and engaging events happening on the Saturday and Sunday following the transition program—it's a great way to meet even more members of the ACPHS community! Watch your email and social media for details.
