IPHO students at 2025 Health Expo

On Sunday, October 26, ACPHS’ chapter of the American Pharmacist Association Academy of Student Pharmacists hosted the 15th annual Health Expo at Crossgates Mall. The time-honored event provides free health services and resources to the community. Event manager, Patty Tompkins, and Pharmacy Practice Assistant Professor, Michael Zappone, offered advisement to the students who worked months to plan for the event.

Fifty ACPHS student volunteers, primarily PharmD candidates, set up informational booths to reach the hundreds of mall goers from communities across the Capital Region.  Several Pharmacy Practice faculty also participated in support of the students.
