Ordering Transcripts Online

Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to process transcript requests. Follow these steps to order a transcript online using a major credit card:

• Click to access the National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Center
• The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees ($5 fee per copy).
• Official Electronic transcript now available through the secure site ($6 fee per copy).
• To ensure confidentiality and to comply with federal regulations, you must complete the consent to release form and return it to NSC before orders are processed and credit cards are charged.
• Order updates will be e-mailed to you from the Clearinghouse. You may also track your order through the Clearinghouse website.

Spring 2026

Classes begin: Monday January, 12th

Add/drop: Monday, January 12^th– Friday, January 16th (Students may still drop a course without a W until Friday, January 23rd)

Final Exam Schedule release:  Monday, Feb 9^th

Summer Schedule release: Monday, March 9^th

Spring Break: Monday, March 2nd-Friday, March 8th

Summer Registration: Monday March 16^th– Friday, May 8^th

Fall Schedule release: Monday, March 23^rd

Fall Registration begins: Monday, April 6th

Last day to withdraw from a course with a “W” grade: Friday, March 20^th

Last day of classes: Tuesday, April 28^th

Reading Day: Wednesday, April 29th

Final Exams: Thursday, April 30th-Wednesday, May 6^th

Final Grades due: Friday, May 8^th

Commencement: Saturday, May 16^th

Summer Session I: May 18th-June 26th

Summer Session II: July 6th-August 14th
