| FAFSA | Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Must complete one in order to receive a financial aid package. Must complete FAFSA annually. Federal School Code – 002885 |
| Verification Forms | A student’s FAFSA may be selected for review in a process called verification. If a student is selected for verification, s/he will be notified by the Office of Financial Aid and be required to fill out the designated forms on the ACPHS Financial Aid web site. |
