ACPHS is required to post training materials for staff who address Title IX matters pursuant to the Title IX Final Rules that went into effect August 14, 2020.
For purposes of compliance with Section 106.45, training documents for the staff can be found below via the links. Training was conducted by the Student Conduct Institute, ATIXA, and SIGMA Threat Management Associates.
The Student Conduct Institute provides training for Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process in Title IX compliance and practices.
The Title IX Coordinator completed the Title IX Coordinator Certification Course, along with other webinars and online trainings, through the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA), and is an individual member. ATIXA has created the following page which can be used by members and former ATIXA trainees to fulfill this requirement.
