Dr. Sema Hart is a pediatrician and associate professor of pediatrics at University of Rochester Medical Center, working with well-newborns after they are born and until they are discharged. Dr. Hart also teaches first year residents (both in Pediatrics and Med-Peds) and third year medical students the art of the normal newborn physical exam and related newborn topics. She was named the 2015-16 Teacher of the Year by the medical students at Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong Memorial Hospital (part of the URMC). Dr. Hart is board certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics since 1992.
