Reunion 2021 FAQ
Where and when may I check-in to receive my materials for the weekend?
- Friday, October 1st, 3-7pm. Hilton Garden Inn, Albany, Fireside Lounge
- Saturday, October 2nd, 8am-1pm Gozzo Student Center
What are the COVID Guidelines?
- For the health and safety of the ACPHS community, all guests to campus must follow College COVID regulations. We currently require that all attendees please wear a mask while indoors regardless of vaccination status. These policies are subject to change. How can I find out who has registered for reunion from my class?
- Please contact the Office of Institutional Advancement at alumni@acphs.edu to get the latest list of RSVPs, and please encourage your friends and classmates to join you on campus in October.
How can I get a list of my classmates’ contact information?
- Please contact the Office of Institutional Advancement at alumni@acphs.edu. We are happy to provide you with contact information.
What events are complimentary to alumni in graduating classes 1971 and before:
- Milestone Awards Brunch. Alumni and one guest are complimentary.
- Morning and Afternoon Stack Family Center for Biopharmaceutical Education and Training Tours (free for alumni and spouses/guests)
- Campus tour (free for alumni and spouses/guests)
- Look in the New Labs (free for alumni and spouses/guests)
- Ribbon Cutting for the Medicinal Garden (free for alumni and spouses/guests)
- Grand Opening for Ralph’s on Campus and Panthers Den (free for alumni and spouses/guests)
- Alumni Soccer Game (free for alumni and spouses/guests)
- Student Soccer Game (free for alumni and spouses/guests)

What alumni are complimentary to attend the Sunday Alumni and Student Networking Brunch?
- Graduates Of The Last Decade (GOLD) between 2011-2021 may attend the brunch for free. Anyone else not in these graduating years may attend for a small fee of $17 per person.
Will transportation be provided for any events?
We are happy to provide transpiration for alumni to and from for the following events:
- Stack Family Center for Biopharmaceutical Education and Training
- Saturday Celebration Dinner
How can I play in the alumni soccer game?
- Email the Office of Institutional Advancement at alumni@acphs.edu, and we’ll connect you with our alumni volunteer coaches and all of the details. It’s free to play, but you need to sign up in advance!
When is the Alumni Soccer Game?
- The Alumni Soccer game will be held on Saturday, October 2nd, at 6:30pm on the Athletics Field. The game will start around 7:00pm and will conclude with pizza and beer, complimentary of the Office of Institutional Advancement.
