Why ACPHS is special: The students here are extremely dedicated and driven to make the most of their college experience. To be around them, as well as faculty and staff who are equally motivated, makes you want to work harder and towards bigger things.
The best thing about Albany: Getting to explore it! I am brand new to the city, so everything is a new adventure to me.
Accomplishment I am most proud of: While completing my undergraduate degree, I volunteered more than 800 hours off campus, being part of clubs and taking a full-course load. My volunteer work that really opened my eyes and introduced me to my passion -- helping people.
Favorite music: Play something country.
What I do for fun: Decorating my apartment, cook, photography, road trips and singing really loud in the car.
Why I work in Admissions: I enjoy working with new students: hearing where they come from, why they are interested in the major they want to pursue, and what they hope to accomplish after graduation. Their energy and determination is contagious.
