Albany College plans $1.65 million project to renovate classrooms

A $1.65 million project by an Albany, New York, college will transform unoccupied space into “active learning” classrooms.

The 5,850 square feet of space, located at 84 Holland Ave., is owned by the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. The college bought the building in 2006 for $4.3 million from the State Liquor Authority. It is about half a mile from the college's campus at 106 New Scotland Ave.
