Parking on Campus

On the Albany campus, Princeton/Holland Suites and Notre Dame Hall resident students who receive a parking permit will be assigned to their respective building lots. South Hall residents will be assigned to the South Hall, Notre Dame Hall, or Bioscience Research Building (BRB) lot.

Albany commuter students have access to the rear O’Brien parking lot and the Notre Dame parking lot. Pharmacy rotation students may register for a temporary permit to park in the Notre Dame parking lot. Vermont students will have access to the campus' main parking lot.

Students registered to reside in University Heights College Suites (UHCS) are not eligible to purchase an ACPHS Parking Permit. These students must work with UHCS management to secure parking.

In the 2011-2012 academic year, all students who requested a parking permit and completed the registration process were awarded permits.

Students requesting a parking permit are required to apply online by August 1. Permits are awarded on a first- come-first-served basis. First year students are eligible to apply for a parking permit.

For the 2011-12 academic year, a Commuter Student Parking Permit is $240 and a Resident Student Parking Permit is $320.
