Why ACPHS is special: The students make ACPHS special. They are active members of the campus and city communities and have a serious purpose in their studies and all of their endeavors.
The best thing about Albany: The location! It is easy to get to big cities like Boston and New York City as well as the Adirondacks.
Accomplishment I am most proud of: Graduating magna cum laude and with honors in my major.
Favorite music: Pretty much anything besides country! My favorite artists include Ben Folds, Muse, Josh Groban, Foreigner, Steely Dan, Cage the Elephant, Mumford and Sons, Stephen Sondheim, Adele....
What I do for fun: Sing, play clarinet and the saxophone, go to the theatre, watch the Yankees, canoe, kayak, and play softball.
Why I work in Admissions: I love being able to guide students and their parents through what can be a confusing and stressful time. Working with students from the beginning of their college search to the end is a satisfying and humbling process.
Where do I recruit?: Central Hudson Valley, New England, and the following states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CO, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MT, MO, NE, NC, ND, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, WA, WI, WY, WV.
