MSCM Thesis
The thesis component of the program is a collaborative effort between the student and the advisor. Thesis advisors and a thesis committee comprised of MSCM faculty are typically chosen in the fall or early spring of the first year of full time study.
Projects are developed based on the student’s background and interests and may include clinical outcome studies, molecular clinical case studies, technique comparison and validation, or translational research.
Clinical Affiliates
All MSCM students are required to successfully complete Clinical Practicums in their second year. The MSCM program has developed partnerships with clinical affiliate sites throughout the United States offering students a wide variety of opportunities to learn and demonstrate proficiency in a professional setting.
