Schools and Departments

Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences is organized into the following schools and departments:

School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences

The School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences administers the following programs at the College: Doctor of Pharmacy (including experiential education), Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the Master's in Health Outcomes Research. The School also delivers related coursework and electives to students in other programs at the College.

School of Arts and Sciences
Dean, David Clarke, Ph.D.

The School of Arts and Sciences provides students in all ACPHS programs with a strong educational foundation through the offering of courses in the basic sciences, diagnostic sciences, social sciences, and humanities. The School administers Bachelor's programs in Biomedical Technology (along with its concentration in Clinical Laboratory Sciences), ChemistryHealth and Human Sciences, and Microbiology. It also houses graduate programs in Biotechnology and Cytotechnology & Molecular Cytology.
